I thought it might be inaccurate. But that still doesn't explain why it changes. With a large cargo load plus passenger it will go back and forth, and with just me in the car the amount of boost/power will change. Only thing I can think of is one turbo is starting to fail. Can turbo's "start" to fail and only give a little boost, or do they just die completely?
